Relax Focus Flow... The Art of Living
Our first afternoon event was held on April 5th 2008 at the Bramley Centre in Bramhall, Stockport. 16 participants spent the afternoon exploring effective ways to enhance their ability to relax deeply, to focus their minds and finding that optimum mental state that positive psychologists call "Flow". All thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.
Watch this space for future events in 2009.
Workshop leaders: Terri Goron and Kevan Owen (Registered Hypnotherapist) http://www.kevanowen.com
