The Tai Chi World Record Attempt in aid of Breakthrough Breast cancer was enjoyed by everyone who took part.
On Sunday July 25th 32 people joined in Tai Chi on the Croquet Lawn at Bramhall Hall. We were one of 132 locations running a simultaneous Tai Chi lesson in an attempt to break the record for the biggest ever multi-location Tai Chi Class. The event was conceived by Andy Spragg of Re-vitalise Tai Chi who led a very large group at the Womad world music and dance festival.
In Bramhall we made a day of it by following the Tai Chi with Circle Dance at the Bramley centre, also in aid of Breakthrough Breast Cancer. This was also a good session with 21 people joining in.
Between the two events we raised £162 from the Bramhall event.
Groups - Monthly in Timperley, and a Weekly Daytime session in Bramhall. Pay-per-session. Come every week or just occasionally. Beginners welcomed.
For more information see Circle Dance page
