Students can often find a Video or DVD helpful as a reminder of the movements learnt. There are three of Paul Lam's DVDs which accompany the Tai Chi for Arthritis form. Tai Chi for Arthritis: This is Paul Lam's original video to accompany the Tai Chi for Arthritis program part 1 ( ie moves 1-12). It will act as a helpful reminder, but includes an older set of warmup exercises than those currently used in classes.
Tai Chi for Arthritis 2: Includes the reverse moves, and nine additional new moves which form part 2 of TCA.
Tai Chi for Backpain: This includes the 12 Tai Chi for Arthritis moves, the reverse of the 12 moves, and the revised warmup exercises as well as information about how Tai Chi can help back pain and a seated version of the exercises. (However it does not include the practice set of moves 1-12 to follow since the reverse moves are added into the middle of the sequence in order to make a sequence which can be practiced in a smaller space).
