Students can often find a DVD helpful as a reminder of the movements learnt. There are 2 of Paul Lam's DVDs which accompany the Tai Chi for Arthritis form. Older versions of these DVDs are still available cheaply in the UK through the Amazon site by following the direct links below.
The newly recorded updated versions of these are much improved but are currently only available online from Paul Lam's site in Australia (see Links page). These are more expensive but unfortunately, ordering in bulk incurs import VAT, so the cheapest option is to find a friend who wants one as well and order 2 copies so you can share the postage.

Tai Chi for Arthritis: This is Paul Lam's original DVD to accompany the Tai Chi for Arthritis program part 1 ( ie moves 1-12). It will act as a helpful reminder, but includes an older set of warmup exercises than those currently used in classes. (Note that the newer part1 DVD includes the reverse movements as well, but adds them in a slightly different order)
Tai Chi for Arthritis 2: Original version - Includes the reverse moves, and nine additional new moves which form part 2 of TCA. (Note that the newer part2 DVD includes the 9 additional moves in both directions)
Tai Chi for Backpain: This includes the 12 Tai Chi for Arthritis moves, the reverse of the 12 moves, and the revised warmup exercises as well as information about how Tai Chi can help back pain and a seated version of the exercises. (However it does not include the practice set of moves 1-12 to follow since the reverse moves are added into the middle of the sequence in order to make a sequence which can be practiced in a smaller space).
